Nader is the Managing Partner of Bastiat, where he leads the firm's overall strategy, advisory services across primary capital raising, secondary transactions, and co-investment opportunities, as well as its research initiatives. Prior to creating Bastiat, Nader spent nearly a decade at J.P. Morgan in New York and Europe in the investment banking division, specializing in financial institutions. Nader has experience domestically and internationally in advising family offices, venture capital firms, and hedge funds. Nader holds an MBA from Georgetown University.

Karan is a Managing Director at Bastiat. Karan specializes in capital raising advisory and secondary transactions. Karan has previously served as an investment professional at Golub Capital (credit investing, distressed debt, restructuring/turnarounds, venture lending) and Mill Road Capital (long/short, private equity, activist investing), and as an investment banker at Citi, covering a broad range of industries including technology, industrials, healthcare, and consumer/retail. Karan holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences and B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University.

Norman is Managing Director at Bastiat, focused on real estate investments and capital raises across the US and Europe. He was previously CEO of WealthTouch, scaling assets from $450M to $63B before its sale to SEI Archway. His earlier roles include senior strategy at Accenture, co-founding a JV with eBay, and launching Disney Stores in China. Norman holds an MBA from IMD and a BComm from the University of Cape Town. He is also the founder of YPO Boulder.

Tushar is an Executive Director at Bastiat, focused on opportunistic secondary transactions across the private markets. He specializes in complex liquidity solutions for founders, employees, and institutional investors. Previously, he led the Capital Markets team at Scenic Management, executing secondary investments and tender offers. His experience also includes fund placement, co-investments, and primary raises through roles at Tribe Capital, BlackRock, and Citi. Tushar holds a B.A. and M.A. in Economics from Boston University, where he co-captained the golf team.

Conner is an Executive Director at Bastiat, where he heads the LP-led Secondaries business. He advises institutional investors on secondary sales of limited partnership interests in alternative assets. Before Bastiat, Conner was a Principal at Tap Technologies, where he built out the firm's LP-led advisory business, and an Associate at Setter Capital, a Toronto-based advisory firm. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Humber College.

Sammy is an Analyst at Bastiat, supporting primary fundraising and secondary transactions. He began his career as a strategy consultant at Landor in the Middle East, before transitioning to investment roles at a European single-family office and an early-stage venture firm, focused on fund evaluation and deal screening. He holds an MSc in Economics and Strategy from Imperial College London and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Toronto.
